If you are looking to share quarters, you can register for the retreat and invite a friend. Please advise if you are hoping for a roommate and we'll do our best to help. You don't need to book the rooms right away however, first come-first serve.

TERRA BROCKETT: AWAKEN VIBRATIONAL SOUND THERAPY
Join Terra and I as we collaborate for a candlelit evening of letting go as you dissolve in the sound and vibrations of the Himalayan Singing Bowls.
With the supportive guidance of meditation, sound, energy, and the singing bowls - we will plant the seeds of change deep within as their sweet frequencies wash over you.
The Experience
The minute you land at this gorgeous venue you will feel your shoulders drop and take a deep cleansing breath.
Connection to all the elements, to your Whole Being, and to playfulness will feed your soul. By giving yourself permission to receive, to reflect, to laugh, to rest, and to try potentially new experiences - get ready to fill your cup!

Friday
4:00-6:00pm: Check in at lodge front desk for personal accommodations
6:30 pm: Meet and Greet in the Great Room with snacks and Opening Welcome Circle
7:15-8:30pm: Group guided meditation and V.E.S. Healing Session (Vibration, Energy Sound) with Terra & Jasmin
8:45pm: Optional gather for a group bonfire (weather permitting), social connect in foyer or own rooms or retire for the evening
Saturday
7:30-8:00am: Great Room open for self guided meditation, yoga, journaling
7:30-9:30am: Breakfast
9:45am: Morning Circle - clearing, grounding, intentions
10:30am: Discussing, Exploring and connecting to energy, frequency, spirit and self-trust.
12:30-1:30pm: Lunch
1:30-2:30pm: personal/ free time. Option to explore the grounds, relax, visit our cheerful-corner.
2:30-5pm: Mindfulness, setting intentions, guided releasing prompts, empowerment exercises.
Short break.
Create Sacred Releasing Bundles.
5:00pm: personal/ free time.
6:00-7:00pm: Supper
7:15-8:00: Fire Release Ceremony
8:00: Celebration Circle!
9:00pm: Optional to stay at bonfire (weather permitting), social connect in foyer or own rooms or retire for the evening.
Sunday
7:30-9:00am: Breakfast
9:15-10:45am: Guided Meditation & Energy Healing. Gratitude and integration. Closing Circle, Final intentions & reflections. Proceed to check out.
11:00am: Be checked out of lodging by 11am, however the Great Room is still open for guests for Farewells.

She's an Empowerment & Spiritual Coach, Reiki Master & Energy Healer. She developed the Quintessential Energy Healing Method.
She's the founder of the Optimal Self Society, retreat facilitator and a published author.
She touches on topics such as moving beyond fear, overcoming adversity, shifting your limiting beliefs, energy, intuition, play and discovering your truest self.
She's a Mom, wife, friend and pet owner of 3 cheeky cats. She enjoys bringing her wisdom, sass, and humour to all things!
